Pancakes!

Two years ago, I traveled through Europe. In every city I visited, I tried unique and incredible pancakes. Since then, I’ve held a feeling of regret for not being able to share how cool those pancakes were with more people. In response, I started A Pancake Lover as an outlet to share and document my pancake experiences.

The gist is that whenever I try a new pancake, I’ll make a video and give my honest opinions of what I like. Because I’m a nerd, I also created the website apancakelover.com, where I’ve plotted all my pancake experiences on a globe. When you hover over a place, you can view my pancake review and see my specific ratings for taste, texture, presentation, value, and uniqueness. You can also fill out a form found on my website for places I should try!
